Lineapelle is looking for originality

YOHANIX, a Korean brand born in 2009, was the special guest of the show. He organized a catwalk, named “Urban Catwalk”, in the heart of Milan in Piazza Duomo along the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Fashion designer Yohan Kim graduated at London College of Fashion in 2007. Over his brilliant career he gained valuable experience at the Balmain in Paris, where he remarkably improved his skills in leather goods.

Le Albertine has presented an interesting game of femininity and innovation for cleavage shoes signed by Alexandra Alberta Chiolo. These removable shoes give women the possibility to choose and change high heels and plateau through two clicks thus creating a customized look. Her cleavage shoes, made in Italy, can be removed thanks to a variety of 5000 possible combinations.

Talking about removable items, Hymy Bag, created by young designer Stefano Galandrini in cooperation with Art- Pelle, has presented its modular bag, that offers a play of colours and funny combinations.

Lario 1898 has presented the autumn/ winter collection 2016-2017 "Elementary Remix", showing modernized classic models, with clean lines, for a dynamic and contemporary woman. White rubber is present on the soles of brogues, pumps, boots and loafers. As for materials, deer print calf skin, cavallino, stretch suede and soft leather brush-off are recommended.

Almala has presented the Almala Icon collection: beautiful, well laid out, handy bags. Here is a shopping bag, rectangular though delicate and elegant shaped, made with waxed leather, laser decorated with original motifs, carved, assembled and sewn by hand, looking at traditional craftsmanship from Tuscany.

The Spanish brand Iala Diez was born with Jessica Tena and her passion about minimalist design characterized by very few seams and classic craftsmanship. Bags for everyday use are made in calf leather, vegetable tanning or with waxed surfaces of high quality leather. Materials are from Spain.

Hungarian designer Linda Sieto, professionally grown in Hungary (Budapest) and Denmark (Copenhagen), has presented delicate, clean, elegant bags, with contemporary design. Bags are made in Budapest, with Italian leather though.

Clean and minimalist bags, with few apparent seams combined with creative solutions and finishings primarily in the choice of small accessories. Elegance coming from simplicity. Presented by Building Block, a design studio based in Los Angeles, founded in 2011.

Lulu Guinness founded her brand in 1989 in London, as she wanted to create the vintage “rose basket bags”, which are now part of the collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum. She has been aiming to create eccentric series with funny shapes mixed to a kind of surrealism. Inviting consumers to be bold and original. She has been appreciated in the world of fashion and she has opened some stores in London, New York, Tokyo; her creations are sold in the most prestigious stores worldwide such as Selfridges, Luisa Via Roma etc. Helena Bonham Carter, Florence Welch, Katy Perry, Dita Von Teese, Alexa Chung and Christina Aguilera regularly wear her creations.

Juhree Erba is a brand by Juree Jung, fashion designer. Born and graduated in Seoul, she moved to Milan to take a Master at the Istituto Marangoni. She worked as a handbags designer at Furla in Bologna. She went back to Seoul to found her brand of accessories in 2015. She has presented at the White fair her collection of high-quality and light design bags.

Another Korean company, based in Seoul, that took part in the White fair is Yuul Yie, founded in 2010 by Sunyuul Yie, who graduated at Esmod in 2005. She has presented a collection of women's shoes with a personal and strong design.
